04 Healthcare Providers and Third-Party Services

Medical centers, laboratories, doctors, and other healthcare providers listed on our platform may operate independently of MediPro.

Healthcare decisions, clinical assessments, treatments, prescriptions, and medical outcomes remain the responsibility of the relevant qualified professionals and providers.

Users should independently verify important information, including provider credentials, service availability, fees, and appointment details.

05 User Accounts and Information

Where account registration is available, you agree to provide accurate information and take reasonable steps to keep your account credentials confidential.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or our legal interests.

06 Acceptable Use

When using MediPro, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

07 Appointments and Cancellations

Where appointment booking is available, appointment requests are subject to provider availability and confirmation.

The relevant healthcare provider may establish its own policies concerning cancellations, rescheduling, fees, missed appointments, and refunds. Please review those policies before confirming a booking.

MediPro will communicate applicable booking conditions where such information is available to us.

08 Fees and Payments

Some services may be free, while others may involve fees charged by MediPro or a third-party provider, where applicable.

Any applicable charges and payment conditions will be presented where relevant. Fees charged directly by independent healthcare providers may be governed by their own terms.

09 Intellectual Property

The MediPro name, branding, website design, software, original text, graphics, and other platform materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the platform for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
